Who Should Apply

Why Should You Join?

Mentorship is for everyone! Whether you're a mentee seeking advice on reaching the C-Suite or a mentor wanting to deepen your leadership skills.

Mentorship is more than a feel-good benefit, it has real results. Studies show that mentorship programs help mentees accelerate their career trajectory through increased compensation and higher rates of promotion.  Mentors also benefit from enhancing their leadership and communications skills, while supporting their mentees' growth.

Our Mentorship program will help mentees address concrete goals and work towards tangible outcomes. Mentors and Mentees will have access to a community of industry experts and a supportive environment to accelerate their professional development. Additionally,  all participants will receive a certificate on completion of the program in June.
