Contest Details: This contest is a performance-based competition administered by HubSpot, Inc. designed to recognize and reward HubSpot Solutions Partners for driving Breeze Agent activation in customer accounts during the specified contest period.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be current HubSpot Solutions Partners in good standing at the time of entry and throughout the contest period.
Participants must be legal entities (companies) or authorized representatives of such entities. Individual employees or representatives may not enter on their own behalf.
HubSpot employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participants must be in good standing under their HubSpot Solutions Partner Agreement, including compliance with all applicable policies and standards.
Participants must be in one of the four designated partner tiers: Gold, Platinum, Diamond or Elite.
CONTEST PERIOD:
The contest period runs from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC. All activations must be completed within this timeframe to be eligible for counting toward the final tally.
How To Win:
- To be considered to win, to participate, at least one person from the partner business must submit to this form to express their participation and eligibility.
- Additionally, Gold Tier partners need a minimum of (4) managed customer accounts to activate a Breeze agent, while Platinum, Diamond, and Elite are required to have a minimum of (6) activated to be considered.
The partner in each tier with the highest percentage of activated managed accounts that hadn't previously activated a Breeze agent prior to April 1, 2026, will win. For example, if you have 100 managed customers, of which, 50 had never activated a Breeze agent before April 1, and then you activate 25 of those managed previously non-activated customer accounts, your percentage would be 25% (25 out of 50 total).
- A customer account is a unique HubSpot customer portal that has been assigned a distinct account ID in HubSpot’s system.

- Only customer accounts with no prior Breeze Agent activation prior to April 1, 2026 are eligible for counting in this contest. This means only net new agent activations qualify. If a customer account activated any Breeze Agent product prior to the Contest Period, subsequent activations for that same account will not be counted.

- Each unique customer account can count only once toward a Participants total score, regardless of how many Breeze Agent products are activated within that account during the Contest Period.

- The partner from each tier with the highest percentage of activated managed accounts out of their managed accounts that previously hadn't activated will be declared the winner from their tier.

- In the event of a tie in final scores, Sponsor will award the prize to the participant whose activation percentage reached the winning total first (determined by timestamp of the final qualifying activation) and/or the partner with the highest customer usage of breeze agents across their activated accounts.

- Partners have 15 days to claim their prize, starting July 15, 2026. If not claimed by July 30, the prize will be forfeited and given to the runner up.
Eligibility of Activations:
To be counted toward contest scoring, an activation must meet all of the following criteria:
- Completed during the Contest Period (April 1 2026 - June 30, 2026)
- - Associated with an eligible customer account
- - Represents the account’s first Breeze Agent activation prior to or during the Contest Period
- - Documented and confirmed in HubSpot’s system through verified activation records
- - Associated with a customer that is using HubSpot products legitimately and not in violation of HubSpot’s Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Conference Tickets
|
Two (2) complimentary full-access passes to the HubSpot UNBOUND Conference. Winners may use these tickets for employees, customers, or prospects, but cannot resell them.

Travel and Expenses Grant
|
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD) to be used toward travel and conference-related expenses for attendance at UNBOUND. Winners may use funds at their discretion for any business purpose.

|
Executive Meeting
|
Invitation to a business strategy session with HubSpot executive leaders during or around UNBOUND Conference. Timing and logistics to be determined at Sponsor’s discretion.

The total estimated value of the prizes is approximately $10,000+ USD per winner across all regional winners combined, excluding the value of the executive meeting.
Verification and Winner Determination:
- - All activation data will be sourced from HubSpot’s internal systems and verified by Sponsor. Activation counts will be determined based on HubSpot’s official records.
- - Sponsor reserves the right to audit and verify all claimed activations. Participants may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence of activations.
- - Winners will be determined, announced and notified by July 15, 2026 or shortly thereafter via email from HubSpot.
- - Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices, including but not limited to artificially inflating activation counts, using duplicate or fictitious customer accounts, or violating HubSpot policies or laws.
Prize Claim and Conditions:
- Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of notification by replying to HubSpot’s email informing them of winning. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize at Sponsor’s discretion.
- Conference tickets are non-transferable except as specified above (winner may designate employees, customers, or prospects). Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents or sold.
- The $5,000 payment will be made to the winning partner organization via a direct manual payment disbursement to the partner’s bank account on file.
- Conference tickets and the $5,000 payment are not transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash or other consideration.
- Winners assume all responsibility for any taxes, regulatory fees, or other financial obligations associated with prize receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for any tax liabilities.
- The executive meeting is at the sole discretion of HubSpot and cannot be substituted or exchanged. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the meeting.
Limits & Liability Disclaimers:
- HubSpot is not responsible for technical failures, lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions. HubSpot assumes no responsibility for any failure in data transmission or verification systems.
- HubSpot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason, including technical failure or force majeure events. In the event of cancellation before winners are determined, Sponsor will, at its discretion, either award prizes based on results at the time of cancellation or forfeit prizes entirely.
- Prizes are provided as-is with no warranty or guarantee. HubSpot makes no representations regarding prize value or suitability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubSpot disclaims all liability for any claims arising from participation in the contest, prize acceptance, or use of the prizes.
- UNBOUND Conference attendance is subject to the conference’s terms and conditions, health and safety requirements, and any travel restrictions that may apply.
Intellectual Property & Publicity:
By participating, winners grant HubSpot the right to use the winning partner’s name, company name, and likeness in marketing, promotional, or press materials related to this contest, unless the winner opts out in writing.
HubSpot may announce winners through partner communications, social media, blog posts, or press releases.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
This contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this contest or prize delivery shall be resolved as specified in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Agreement.
Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions by virtue of their participation in the contest.
Privacy of Data:
HubSpot will collect and process activation data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Partner information provided or collected during the contest may be used to administer the contest and communicate with winners. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
Disqualification & Forfeiture:
Participants who engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or violate these terms may be disqualified and required to forfeit any claimed prizes.
A partner that ceases to be a HubSpot Solutions Partner in good standing prior to prize claim may forfeit their eligibility and prize rights.
Any violation of HubSpot policies, the Solutions Partner Agreement, or applicable laws may result in disqualification.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participant and HubSpot regarding this contest and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
