Richard Truncale is an accomplished digital marketing professional with 10+ years of industry experience in marketing, sales, customer service, automation, and CRM management. He has worked in sports, higher education, music entertainment, healthcare and advertising industries, and currently is Rakuten Advertising's Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. He has worked with many companies to implement HubSpot to drive business development and inbound marketing growth. Richard's past work includes HubSpot CRM and automation implementation to improve inbound marketing and efficient business operations for a music distribution company. He helped the business generate $12MM in 2021, and in 2022, the business secured a $37 million series B investment to expand business operations with HubSpot as the primary engine to further improve operations and inbound success.Richard was born and raised in New York, and currently lives in Tampa, Florida. He enjoys playing golf, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.

Elizabeth is a Miami native and a graduate of the University of Miami. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and is currently pursuing an undergraduate certification in weather forecasting at Penn State. Elizabeth began her career in television as a news producer for NBC and CBS in Miami. From there, she switched gears to Marketing and began working for the largest cruise company in the world – Carnival Corporation. While at Carnival, Elizabeth held various roles on the marketing team gaining experience in production, brand marketing, digital marketing, and public relations events. In 2021, she joined the AccuWeather team as a Content Marketing Manager and was recently promoted to Senior Manager, Lead Generation. She is currently responsible for all B2B lead gen strategy and execution. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys playing golf, kayaking, and going to the beach with her family.

Dan Moyle, HubSpot Advisor at Impulse Creative, lives to put more love into the world and create a better space for everyone. For his day job as an accredited and certified trainer, Dan teaches, coaches, and advises new and experienced HubSpot users. He's also a community volunteer, storyteller, podcaster, writer, speaker, and blended family husband & dad.

Maggie Butler is a Marketing Team Manager at HubSpot, where she leads a multi-disciplinary team responsible for orchestrating global marketing and product campaigns. She previously led HubSpot’s RevOps marketing strategy, where she focused on attracting, converting and helping operations professionals grow better. Maggie’s marketing career is highly collaborative, rooted mainly in cross-functional program strategy and operations. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time outside with her husband, daughter and two dogs at their home in Vermont.
