She brings over 13 years of experience in the banking and financial market specializing in business development, management, organizational and leadership development, training & corporate facilitation, and change management.
In addition to her role as a Commercial Capital Consultant for entrepreneurs, she has served as a certified SCORE Mentor, consulted for Guidepoint Global, and participated in HubSpot’s 2022 Customer Advisory Board.
Her coaching formula has helped entrepreneurs improve their funding access and leverage capital for improvements like increasing cash flow and market expansion. Nia helps both aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners wanting to TRANSCEND what the growth they thought possible for their business.
Her clients' have received funding ranging from $5k to $3M. She has also helped build corporate teams in over 25 states throughout the US and knows how to help women and minority-owned businesses position themselves to compete in the commercial funding markets.

Tommy's practice centers on offering strategies to assist individuals, families, and business owners with building, growing, protecting, and transitioning their wealth, while ensuring that they have a solid financial and legacy plan.
From an early age, Tommy recognized the importance of financial knowledge, as his family lacked it. This realization fueled his passion to help other families with their financial and legacy planning. Tommy is committed to offering financial education to everyone he meets, arming them with the financial knowledge he has acquired through his financial training and life experiences.
Tommy attended Belhaven College in Jackson, MS, where he studied Business Administration. He holds several FINRA securities registrations, including Series 6, 7, 63, and 65, as well as his Life, Accident & Sickness, Property, Casualty, and Variable insurance licenses.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family in Atlanta, Georgia, where he resides with his wife of 20 years and teenage daughter. He enjoys cooking, volunteering at his daughter's school and Hosea Feed the Hungry, and all things sports-related, especially cheering for his daughter at her sporting events.

activist, published author, founder of a commercial real estate syndication with 4 other black
women and founder of a dynamic mastermind group, administrator for a “Friends of Financial
Freedom” Facebook group with over 3,000 active users, public speaker and trainer, 7 term
member of the Georgia House of Representatives, the BEST auntie ever, and a member of Alpha
Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
She is also the owner of Kendrick Advisory and Advocacy Group, LLC, a corporate law firm and
investment advisory firm in Georgia with a specialty in capital compliance and investment
strategies for black and women owned founders.. She has a personal and professional goal of
closing the racial wealth gap in America which continues to grow as you read this bio.Dar’shun has trained nationally recognized non-profit and for-profit organizations on strategies
and goals to reach their full potential, she has given motivational speeches from university
commencement speeches to large crowds at corporate events, she has hosted events to get
focused, intentional and active on dreams and goals waiting to be manifested and she has
published her first book “Morning to Motivation” available at most major retailers.In her spare time, she enjoys cooking (and watching others cook), reading books on black history, wealth generation and self-help books and shopping for deals. She has a pit bull mix named

Deletra Hudson

SpeakerDeletra Hudson, MBA, also known as “The Financial Educator”, is the owner of Deletra Hudson, LLC, a financial coaching and consulting firm in St. Louis, Missouri. She is a certified financial manager and financial analyst, certified municipal city clerk, bestselling and award-winning author and national speaker who possesses over 25 years of financial experience with over 20 of those year specializing in government finance. Her business niche is a rare commodity in the government industry where she uses her expertise in government finances to work directly with financial distress minority lead municipalities to support them with improving their financial position and structure by creating multi-year financial plans and budgets to transform the communities that they serve. She has expanded her services to bridge the gap between government and small businesses by assisting business owners with creating financial structure and systems to help improve profitability and longevity towards developing generational wealth. Her years of experience also include working with corporations and professionals.
Deletra is also the founder of the Financial Wellness Institute of America (FWIA), an online financial academy created to help increase financial knowledge for small business owners and professionals through seminars, courses, books, educational systems, and workshops.
Deletra has repeatedly made history in her professional career by being the first woman permanently appointed and longest seated City Manager for the City of East St. Louis, IL. The municipality later became one of her consulting clients to assist with transitioning new City Managers into the city’s operations. She is also the first African American woman City Clerk for the City of Jennings, MO and first African American woman certified by the American Academy of Financial Management.
Deletra Hudson is on a mission to transform the financial state of African American communities nationwide. She works diligently to achieve this goal by assisting with improving the financial operations of African American led local governments. Deletra’s vision includes connecting small women owned businesses and women professional to government resources that will help create generational wealth to leave a legacy of greater impact and ownership withing the communities that they serve.
Deletra doesn’t do this work alone. She has a strong support system from being and a mother of three children, whom she affectionately refers to as her “Legacy Keepers”.
