We are currently living through a period of uncertainty that we'll never forget. To help support you, our customers, we have made a number of changes that we hope will help you adapt to these times.

We’ve extended free access to Remote Business Tools and increased certain limits until August 30, 2020. The increased limits have been automatically applied. If you’ve already activated Remote Business Tools, you do not need to take any action.

 

Adding Free Remote Business Tools

 

Businesses of all types and sizes are finding themselves in the position of having to move whole portions of their operation online. To help them adapt, we’ve made our paid Meetings functionality, Quotes, E-Sign, and 1:1 video creation tools completely free until August 30, 2020.

Meetings: Share a link with prospects or customers that lets them see when you're free and book virtual meetings with you. When live, all users will have access to paid meeting functionality — that’s 1,000 personal & team meetings links per portal.

Quotes & E-sign: Create and share proposals online in just a few clicks. Then get digital signatures for quotes. All users will have access to unlimited quotes and 10 signatures per user per month.

1:1 Video Creation: Create and share personalized videos with prospects directly from the HubSpot CRM, and track their performance. Videos can be up to one hour in length. This is separate to the Vidyard for HubSpot integration.

Increasing Limits

 

At this time of change, businesses need to keep in regular contact with their customers and stay connected to their communities. So, we’ve increased certain limits until August 30, 2020 — these new limits will be applied to your account automatically.

Calling Limits: We’ve increased our calling limits for Starter and Professional customers of Sales Hub and Service Hub. Users will have access to up to 2,000 minutes of calling per user per month, no in-person meetings required. As an FYI, calling is not supported in all countries.

Email Sending Limits: For Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise customers, we’ve suspended email sending limits altogether so they can communicate when they need, as much as they need.

Pricing Changes

 

To support small businesses through this uncertain time, we’ve made some pricing changes.

Sales Hub Professional: We had planned to increase the list price of net new Sales Hub Professional seats on April 1 — we’ve decided to put this pricing increase on hold.

Starter Growth Suite: We have cut the price of our Starter Growth Suite to $50 USD/month. For 12 months from purchase of this offer, all existing and new Starter Growth Suite customers will have access to the bundle of marketing, sales, and services software at the reduced price. This offer includes 1,000 contacts and 2 seats each of Service Hub Starter and Sales Hub Starter. Additional contacts and seats will have the same discount of 66% applied but are not included in the $50 base discounted price. 

This offer is available until July 31, 2020. A 12-month purchase commitment is required. After the 12 months, the discount will revert back to the standard price at the time of renewal. All customers are eligible for this. 

On August 1, 2020, we will be changing the price of this bundle from its current price of $112.50/month to $75 USD/month.

Important Information On This Offer For Existing Customers:

  • If you are an existing HubSpot customer, you can use the link below to get this discount for the remainder of your contract commitment or twelve months, whichever is shorter. 
  • If your existing contract commitment is less than twelve months and you’d like to receive the full 12 months of this discount, please reach out to your HubSpot representative or email halligan@hubspot.com
  • If you are on a contract commitment of greater than 12 months, please reach out to your HubSpot representative or email halligan@hubspot.com

Additionally, please note that if taking part in this offer results in a refund, this refund will be applied as a credit to your account.

If you are on an older version of a Starter product and choose to participate in this offer, taking advantage of this offer via the link below will move you to the pricing and functionality of our current Starter products - viewable here. You are on an older version if you purchased Sales or Service Hub Starter before March 3, 2020 and have not upgraded since then, or if you purchased Marketing Hub Starter before July 17, 2018 and have not upgraded since then.

  • You can manage who gets access to the additional features in one of two ways, both from the Users and Teams section of the app. You can either click on the “Manage Paid Users” button and select the user that should have “Remote Business Tools” or click on an individual user and edit their permissions to have access to “Remote Business Tools” under the Sales section.

  • Access to these additional features and increased limits will be available until August 30, 2020.

  • No. This offer will be made available without any changes to your subscription.

  • After introducing these changes in March, we decided to extend these additional features and increased limits until August 30, 2020, and to extend the $50/month Starter Growth Suite offer to July 31, 2020, to provide further support to our customers during this difficult period. As we hear feedback and better understand the nature of how these challenges are impacting you, we plan to continuously evaluate our response and move to continue to support you where we can.

  • While HubSpot for Startups customers are eligible for this offer, you should compare it to the pricing available to you through the HubSpot for Startups program as that may result in a lower price depending on your specific circumstances.
