Step 1: Apply for HubSpot for Startups

Join HubSpot's free, founder-focused perk program by completing a 3-minute application through a partnering organization. You're likely a member or customer of one of these 4,000+ startup accelerators, entrepreneurial communities, VC firms, or tech companies.

Already have a HubSpot account? Make sure to apply for HubSpot for Startups anyways using the button below. You can use your existing account or create a new, separate HubSpot account for Fundraising!

Step 2: Add Fundraising Portal Customizations

By connecting your portal, this application will automatically configure your instance of HubSpot for optimal fundraising success.

Fundraising Portal Contains:

  • 1 Fundraising Pipeline with Custom Stages
  • 1 Investor Information Collection form
  • 2 Outreach Email Templates
  • 6 fundraising-related properties (3 Deal, 2 Company, 1 Contact)

Important: When entering the app, select the Hubspot account you want fundraising assets to be created in.

Portal Replicator FAQ

The tool is a custom-built piece of software designed by HubSpot to make it easy to set up your account for fundraising success. By connecting your HubSpot account, the tool will automatically configure your settings and install some useful tidbits so you're ready to rock!

If you're an existing HubSpot user, we strongly recommend creating a new HubSpot portal for your fundraising efforts to ensure data stays tidy.

As long as you have access to a HubSpot account for your company you can install the fundraising tools provided.

If you're not sure, simply click the application link in Step 1 while logged into your HubSpot account to find out.

When applying, you can select "Create a new, fresh account" to create a new Hub.

Nope. Your HubSpot for Startups application automatically creates a free, entry-level HubSpot account that doesn't expire. There are no purchases or credit cards required, simply complete the application on behalf of your startup to get started.
