In a series of curated 1:1 meetings, you’ll meet VCs aligned with your sector - have meaningful conversations that could lead to your next raise. Only shortlisted startups that are an existing member of HubSpot For Startups Program will receive a notification from the organisers with the calendarly links to the VCs that have been matched to you!

About Virtual Investor Hours

We handle the matchmaking. You focus on the pitch.

You’ll be paired with investors who fit your:

  • Stage & sector

  • Target markets

  • Raise amount or ticket size

All meetings are virtual and scheduled for you — no chasing calendars, no logistics. Just high-signal conversations that could change your fundraising journey.

 
How Does It Work?

  1. Apply to Join – Sign up for the free HubSpot for Startups program to be eligible.

  2. Fill up the Google Form - After you signed up for HubSpot For Startups Program, you'll receive a form to fill in details about your startups. 

  3. Get Selected – A selected cohort of founders will be chosen to participate in the virtual investor hours.

  4. We Match, You Book – Each selected founder will be assigned 2-3 VCs. No extra work required on your end.

  5. Book Your Slots – You’ll receive direct calendar links from your assigned mentors. Book a convenient 15-minute slot anytime during Jan-Feb 2026.

  6. Have Your Conversations – Join your scheduled sessions, come prepared with your questions, and walk away with tailored guidance from people who know what it takes to scale.

Selection Process

Step 1 : Create a free account through HubSpot for Startups program here (no purchase required & no credit-card needed) 

Step 2 : Fill out this Application form below. After signing up for the free HubSpot For Startups Program, you'll receive a google form in your inbox. Fill in the form. 
Application will close on 21st December 2025.

Step 3: Selected startups will be informed on 5-11 Jan 2026.

You will receive the calendar meeting links of the mentors paired to you.

Please book all mentors' slots from 12 Jan - 6 Feb 2026. No time extension is given.
