  • Marketers included non-HubSpot customers and HubSpot customers working across role levels in B2B, B2C, and SaaS industries.
  • The surveys cumulatively surveyed 700 North American, 200 South American, 350 UK&I, 350 EU, 170 APAC, and 30 unknown region respondents.
  • We asked respondents questions about their or their team's involvement in evolving marketing tactics related to each designated stage of Loop Marketing (Express, Tailor, Amplify, and Evolve). This included questions about how they leverage personalization, segmentation, social media promotion, and experimentation.
