Marcus Rountree
Global Product Leader
McDonald'sMarcus Rountree is a career coach and product leader with a strong desire to help others grow. He is a HBCU graduate of North Carolina Central University and received his MBA from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.
With over 15 yrs of strategic leadership experience, Marcus has worked with leading brands such as Amazon, Lowe’s and Nordstrom to develop go-to market strategies and launch new products that delight customers while delivering business value across the world. He currently serves as a Global Product Leader at McDonald's and is passionate about creating content on Career Development.
Fun Fact: Marcus started his career as a 6th Grade Science Teacher and Basketball Coach at Oberlin Middle School. He coached Kansas legend Devonte’ Graham for 2 years, who now plays for the San Antonio Spurs.

Senior Diversity Campus Manager
DellGrowing up in Queens, New York and South Florida as the proud son of a Jamaican immigrant, Degion Craddock became the first in his family to earn three degrees—a significant achievement as a first-generation graduate. His journey included obtaining a bachelor's degree in business from Florida A&M University and pursuing two master's degrees—an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a master's in digital marketing from Full Sail University.Degion Craddock is a solution-driven technology professional offering extensive experience in project management, personal branding, marketing, communications, content development, revenue management, talent development, curriculum design, brand management, conflict resolution, and DEI initiatives. He is a self-starter who can bring change by deploying consultative skills to identify opportunities, managing & working in cross-functional teams, building partnerships, and subduing challenges with creative approaches.Degion Craddock's career journey is a testament to his adaptability and versatility. Before joining Dell, he worked in education, teaching business, marketing, and professional development to over 4000 high school & college students in less than six years and facilitated over 50 professional development workshops in the past year. In 2021, he made a successful transition to Dell through the Service Leadership Development Program (SLDP). He is a Senior Diversity Campus Manager in North America, focusing on programming and hiring diverse early career talent. His role involves working with internal and external partners to attract new talent and build our diversity pipeline, contributing to Dell's reputation as a diverse and inclusive workplace.Since joining Dell, He's planned and project-managed a small team to push diversity initiatives like Changing the Face of Tech to strengthen Dell’s diversity pipeline. He has recruited and project-managed hiring a group of interns within the Services org. Assisted and created LinkedIn social media strategies for an SVP & VP to strengthen relationships with customers/ partners. And served, scoped, and created lines of executive communication for senior leadership. -
Corey Shealey
Senior Technical Recruiter
ShiptCorey Shealey is a certified diversity and inclusion recruiter who has 10+ years of recruiting experience and focused his last three years consulting partners on ways of diversifying the Technology industry. He presently serves as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Shipt where he supports leading the diversity recruiting Strategy for Talent Acquisition. He is a well-respected talent consultant in the local community of Birmingham, where he works with Diverse groups supporting their professional and personal development. He enjoys giving back through the mentoring of students as a Student Minister and a member of the Oldest and Coldest Fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his Family. -
Walter Johnson
BLK Men in TechMr. Johnson’s faith has been the foundation of his life. Walter often exclaims “Through my decisions, I climbed the rough side of the mountain, but once I found the lord, I found green pastures on the other side”. He brings his faith and commitment to service to his servant outreach as a member of the Blk Men in Tech Steering Committee.Walter is a skilled leader, youth advocate, and now tech professional. For nearly 15 years, Mr. Johnson served in a number of youth development roles, including Program Director for the Overtown Children and Youth Coalition and Lauderhill YMCA and Community Outreach Coordinator for the Miami-Dade Acceleration Academy. After a successful career advocating for youth in the Miami-Dade area, Walter transitioned to tech as an Account Executive.
