About the Session

The HubSpot for Startups Virtual Mentorship Hours is designed to give early-stage founders the tactical, personalized guidance they rarely get access to. Instead of a one-size-fits-all webinar, this initiative connects you directly with experienced investors and operators who’ve been in the trenches of building, scaling, and funding startups.

You’ll get three private, 1:1 mentorship conversations (15 minutes each) with mentors hand-picked to match your stage and focus areas — whether it’s fundraising, go-to-market execution, or building a scalable sales engine. The format is deliberately fast, focused, and founder-friendly, giving you actionable insights you can immediately apply.

 

How Does It Work?

  1. Apply to Join – Sign up for the free HubSpot for Startups program to be eligible.

  2. Fill up the Google Form - After you signed up for HubSpot For Startups Program, you'll receive a form to fill in details about your startups. 

  3. Get Selected – 36 founders will be chosen to participate in the mentorship hours.

  4. We Match, You Book – Each selected founder will be assigned three mentors (a mix of VCs and sales/marketing/GTM experts). No extra work required on your end.

  5. Book Your Slots – You’ll receive direct calendar links from your assigned mentors. Book a convenient 15-minute slot anytime during October–November.

  6. Have Your Conversations – Join your scheduled sessions, come prepared with your questions, and walk away with tailored guidance from people who know what it takes to scale.

Step 1 : Create a free account through HubSpot for Startups program here (no purchase required & no credit-card needed) 

Step 2 : Fill out this Application form below. After signing up for the free HubSpot For Startups Program, you'll receive a google form in your inbox. Fill in the form. 

Application will close on 19 October 2025 (Sunday).

Selected startups will be informed on 24 October 2025 (Friday), End of Business Hours. 
You will receive 3 calendar meeting links of the mentors paired to you.
Please book all mentors' slots by End November 2025.
