Elijah Smith was born in Albany, NY, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas. He works as a business analyst on the Flywheel Incentives Team, where he helps to create reporting for incentives and contests within the Customer Success Organization. In addition to his full-time job, Elijah co-owns a personal training company called Fit4Fortune. He has participated in various strength competitions, a Spartan race, and Crossfit Challenges. Elijah's passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals led him to start personal training, both virtually and in-person. Aside from his professional and fitness pursuits, Elijah also enjoys traveling the world and streaming video games.

Nigel Chimwaza

Nigel Chimwaza was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, as the youngest of three siblings. He pursued his academic journey and earned a Mechanical and Energy Engineering degree from the University of North Texas. With over a decade of experience in the technical presales field, Nigel has worked as a Principal Solution Engineer, bridging the gap between technology and business needs across various industries.
Driven by his faith, Nigel has taken the initiative to address food shortages in Zimbabwe through aquaponic farming projects. Additionally, he launched an Online Tech Bootcamp that aims to empower diverse individuals for success in the tech industry. Nigel currently resides in Dallas, Texas, where he finds joy in his family – a beautiful wife and two kids under two. He remains committed to driving positive change through innovative solutions and education. -

Tiffany Chanel Knighten is an award-winning brand curator based in New York City. In 2020, Tiffany launched her creative agency Brand Curators to amplify diverse voices in creative industries through strategic PR, storytelling, and brand management. Tiffany and her clients have been featured in the New York Times, Business Insider, Refinery29, Time Out New York, Thrillist, and more.
Prior to starting her agency, Tiffany previously worked for Viacom Media Networks, MTV, VH1, 5W PR, Burson Marsteller, and NASDAQ, and contracted seasonal projects with Hot 97 Summer Jam and Super Bowl XLVIII.
Tiffany's efforts to amplify diverse voices haven't gone unnoticed. In 2022, she was named one of PRSA-NY’s Top 10 Black PR Leaders to Know and received Seton Hall University’s College of Communications and the Arts PR Impact Award for her commitment to mentoring rising PR professionals.

Shanisha “Nisha” Ray

Shanisha “Nisha” Ray is known for her work throughout her local community in connecting resources . Nisha is Tony Robbins trained Strategic Interventionist, Certified Life Coach and TedxOrganizer and Licensee. She is a champion of diversity and inclusion and launched several Affinity Groups such as Black Employees Network and Families@Amazon. A single mother with chronic illness; Nisha’s passion lies with community development and advocating for families and children and those with disabilities. She sits on several boards and committed including President of Arts Guild NJ, Habitat for Humanity Committee member, Burlington City Tourism Council and is appointed to Burlington County Women Advisory Council. Her professional experiences includes over 10 years experience in mortgage and real estate industry, Amazon Outbound Operations Manager and is currently a Constituent Relations Aide to a NJ State Senator.
