HubSpot Partner Badges validate the skills, specialization, and verified credentials of a solutions partner organization. They're earned at the organization level and reflect something specific and substantive about what your firm brings to the table.
Solutions partner organizations can earn HubSpot Partner Badges through validation and verification of:
Partner badges appear on HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Directory, making it easy for customers to find the right partner for their needs, and are recognized in HubSpot's internal Partner Matching Tool.
Partner Badges are organized into three categories, each recognizing a different type of demonstrated expertise.
Industry Specialization Badges recognize partner organizations with specialized expertise, proven customer experience, and a dedicated GTM focus on serving HubSpot customers in a specific industry.
To earn an Industry Specialization Badge, your organization must demonstrate deep industry knowledge, from purpose-built solutions and integrations to a clear understanding of the pain points, language, and use cases that matter most to customers in that industry.

Each partner can earn up to three Industry Specialization Badges to showcase their expertise
Industries We Offer:
The Quote-to-Cash Capability Badge is awarded to partner organizations with verified expertise in automating the sales-to-finance lifecycle. This badge recognizes partners with proven experience, specialized technical knowledge, and a dedicated focus on implementing HubSpot's Revenue OS, including CPQ, Billing, and Payments.
Your organization must demonstrate a consistent track record of helping customers transition from point solutions to a connected revenue system, including the successful implementation of complex quoting workflows, commerce-driven automation, and integrated payment solutions.
Partners need to have sold 5+ Revenue Hub deals in the past 12 months and be managing two Revenue Hub customers at time of application.
Before submitting their application, partners must complete the "Introduction to Revenue Hub" Academy Lesson linked below.

Verified Security Badges recognize partner organizations that hold active, recognized third-party security credentials. These badges help enterprise customers identify partners who meet specific security standards, an increasingly important consideration as customers evaluate partners for engagements involving sensitive data in HubSpot Smart CRM.
Verified Security Badges are awarded after HubSpot reviews evidence provided by the partner demonstrating they hold an active credential. Once awarded, the badge remains valid for 12 months, at which point HubSpot conducts a subsequent review. Keeping your credentials active are the best way to keep your badge valid.

HubSpot certifications are earned by individuals and validate a person's knowledge through HubSpot Academy coursework and assessment.
HubSpot Partner Accreditations are our most rigorous organization-level credential, requiring prerequisite certifications, case study submissions, and project documentation demonstrating delivery excellence at scale.
HubSpot Partner Badges are earned at the organization level and recognize specific areas of specialization, industry expertise, or verified third-party standing. Badges are more accessible than accreditations and more specific than certifications.
Partners can earn Industry Specialization Badges in up to three industries. Once you hold three badges, additional applications will be declined at the prerequisite stage. If you'd like to swap one of your current badged industries for another, you can do so by submitting an appeal.
Partners can submit an appeal if they believe the automatic eligibility check has incorrectly factored in the wrong industry for certain portals. The appeal form will be included in your declined email.
Badges will be visible in HubSpot’s Solutions Partner Directory.
We also encourage you to display your badge on your website, marketing materials, and project proposals.
