Don Barda is the Head of Finance at Deel, overseeing global finance, operations, international licensing, and risk. Since joining Deel in 2019, she’s played a key role in scaling the company’s financial infrastructure to support rapid global growth. Prior to Deel, Dor led financial programs for the Israel Innovation Authority, designing initiatives to support the country’s tech ecosystem. A Certified Public Accountant, she holds degrees in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University and is known for building high-performing teams in fast-paced, global environments.

Donald Stalter is a Partner at Global Founders Capital, specializing in investments from seed to IPO in sectors like TransportationTech and AI.
