8:00 AM: Check In Opens
Bring a valid ID and head to our registration desk. The registration desk is accessible from both the 42nd and 43rd street entrances to the building. Once you've checked in, you can join us on the 4th floor at Convene.
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet

Grab some food and relax before the event starts. We'll be serving a full breakfast.

9:00 AM - 9:50 AM: Presentation

Head into the Bryant Forum for Chris's talk on improving communication using tactical empathy.

9:50 AM: Refreshment Break

Take a break and reflect on the talk with some coffee and light refreshments. 

9:50 AM - 11:00 AM: Networking 

Exchange ideas and strategies with peers who share your passion for sales and business growth. This is your chance to connect with other professionals in the industry and expand your knowledge while making new friends and acquaintances.
