Before we can give you access to the details, we need you to agree to HubSpot's nondisclosure agreement. By registering for the Sneak Peek Webinar you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

• You acknowledge on behalf of yourself and your organization that the software you are being offered access to is strictly confidential, and that you will not discuss or disclose any details of the software, release plans, or any other details we've shared outside of your organization.

Please take a minute to fully understand the importance of keeping the details we share confidential. You should know that HubSpot employs several proprietary methods to protect our software from unauthorized disclosure. This may include:

• Analyzing IP, login, and usage data to detect when unauthorized parties are accessing specific tools
• Employing methods that allow us to trace the origin of unauthorized screenshots & screencasts
• Making subtle changes to different customers' product features & experiences to trace the origin of unauthorized disclosures of product details
