Ulf Pralle brings over 20 years of experience in B2B tech and B2B sales. He has partnered with over 100 B2B tech companies to build their GTM organizations, contributing to an accumulated market cap of over €10 billion.

Before his entrepreneurial journey, Ulf honed his expertise in enterprise sales and consulting at IBM and Accenture, leading $200 million deals as a bid manager and closing deals worth up to $20 million as a sales director.

Ulf is passionate about psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy. An avid traveler, he has explored exciting destinations in over 50 countries and has called Berlin home since 2008.

Constantin Michel

Constantin Michel - VP of Sales @ WorkMotion

In his heart, a Rhinelander, Constantin Michel lives and works from his home in Berlin.
