Having worked on both the VC and startup sides, Joël has experienced the challenges and successes of both worlds.

After founding two IT companies and spending time in the venture capital space in Silicon Valley, Joël joined Beekeeper in 2017, where he helped scale the company from $3M to $25M in ARR as their Head of Growth.

In 2021, Joël founded Peakora, and together with other startup veterans, he has since supported over 120+ startups and IT SMEs on their growth journeys, establishing Peakora as one of the most renowned revenue enablement partners in the DACH region.
