Matt Sornson is currently the General Manager of Operations Hub & Breeze Intelligence at HubSpot, where he leads the evolution of B2B data intelligence following Clearbit's $150M acquisition. As a serial entrepreneur and technology leader, Matt co-founded Clearbit and served as its CEO, scaling the company to become a leading B2B data provider serving over 400,000 users.
Prior to Clearbit's success, Matt founded WorkMob and ApiXchange, gaining valuable experience in building and scaling technology platforms. His entrepreneurial journey includes navigating pivots, fundraising, and ultimately leading a successful exit.
Beyond his operational roles, Matt serves as a General Partner at Earl Grey Capital, where he continues to support and invest in emerging technology companies. With over a decade of experience in B2B technology and data intelligence, Matt brings unique insights into building, scaling, and successfully exiting technology companies in today's dynamic market landscape.
