About the Session

Back in 2023 XAnge launched their Series B Blueprint: A Guide for Early-Stage Founders.

After the report's bountiful success, HubSpot is excited to invite them to a session where they will discuss the key steps on how to  successfully go from Series A to Series B.

What's more, startup Greenly will also take the stage to share how they successfully raised a Series B round, and have gone on to record over $10 million in ARR last year.

What will the session cover?

  • The basics - what is a Series A or B Company?
  • Typical achievements of Series A & B stages
  • Which KPIs will investors be looking closely at?
  • Building out a roadmap to get you to the next round
  • The challenges faced during the raise, and how to overcome them
  • Greenly will share how they planned and successfully raised their Series B, as well as the challenges they faced during this time.
