Pree is part of the GTM team at Deel and is responsible for growth in India. In her current role, she helps organizations in India with their global expansion strategies. Pree is a strong advocate of remote work and believes that individuals across the globe should have the opportunity to work for any organization that they want. Talent is everywhere and being born in a certain country should not stop someone from landing their dream job. She has been instrumental in building the client base in India and tapping into the humongous potential in the subcontinent.
Pree is passionate about people and building new relationships and this has allowed her to excel in her sales career. Before joining Deel, she has worked with organizations like Freshworks, Ally and Microsoft. Sincerity and dedication to her craft has been a constant throughout her career.
Outside of work, Pree is a professional dancer and is passionate about opening her own dance school.


Ayushi Garg joined the firm in 2020 as a key pillar of 3one4 Capital's strategic growth plan and leads the Growth and Capital Development team in the Consumer, Media, and SaaS sectors. She has been instrumental in executing fundraising and M&A transactions across stages and continues to expand the global base of top-tier private equity, VCs, and global strategies as co-investors. With a track record in technology deal-making and corporate innovation, Ayushi supports 3one4 Capital’s portfolio companies in scaling their business across multiple stages of investment to advance their efficiency and profitability with continuous product innovations and enhanced customer experience.
Ayushi previously led early-stage investing and supported founding teams with business development, strategy, and fundraising at The CoWrks Foundry (CoWrks' early-stage investing arm and accelerator platform focused on accelerating global innovation). Prior to The CoWrks Foundry, Ayushi built sector thesis and market intelligence for Consumer & Retail verticals at Tracxn.
Ayushi holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering from NIT Bhopal and was an Indian Academy of Science fellow at IISC Bengaluru.

Adarsh is responsible for HubSpot’s sales and revenue across India as the Sales Director of India Market. Prior to joining HubSpot, Adarsh was General Manager and Senior Sales Director at Oracle, where he led the customer experience business in India, helping enterprises in the region with digital transformation. Before Oracle, he served as Country Manager at Informatica, and spent six years in sales leadership positions at Salesforce India.


Gwenllian is the Head of Startups, JAPAC @ HubSpot. She spearheads all partnerships with startup ecosystem partners in JAPAC Market and works closely with early-stage to growth-stage startups on their sales, marketing, and customer growth efforts.
Prior to joining HubSpot, she had worked in TikTok to support SMB clienteles in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines Region as the first headcount of the team. She spent past 5 years in Startup Ecosystem where in both Private and Public Sector where her focus was on building a more vibrant startup ecosystem in Singapore and wider SEA Markets.
