Gwenllian is the Head of Startups, JAPAC @ HubSpot. She spearheads all partnerships in APAC Market and works closely with early-stage to growth-stage startups on their sales, marketing, and customer growth efforts. 

Prior to joining HubSpot, she had worked in TikTok to support SMB clienteles in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines Region as the first headcount of the team. She spent past 5 years in Startup Ecosystem where in both Private and Public Sector where her focus was on building a more vibrant startup ecosystem in Singapore and wider SEA Markets.

Khalil Nooh, Founder of Mesolitica

Khalil Nooh is a prominent entrepreneur and technology expert, currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Mesolitica since November 2018, focusing on training narrow AIs to understand Bahasa Melayu and offering bilingual chatbot solutions. Khalil also holds positions on the Industrial Advisory Panel and lectures at Taylor's University, and serves as an ELITE@UM Fellow at the University of Malaya. Prior experience includes founding Dropshipking.co and leading various technology initiatives at IPS Sdn Bhd, where Khalil managed large-scale e-money operations, and Aida Adib Sdn Bhd. Khalil's technical background features roles as a Software Engineer Consultant at Allied Digital Infonet Berhad and as an Analyst for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, with academic credentials from Stanford University and Open University Malaysia in Information Technology and Management.

Peter Ong, Founder of OGS TEC PTE LTD

Peter Ong is an experienced Director with a strong background in the information technology and services industry, specializing in enterprise environments, application modernization, and digital transformation across the Asia Pacific region. He focuses on leveraging Generative AI to improve productivity through custom AI bots, automation, and organizational training. With expertise in legacy systems like COBOL and Mainframe, as well as modern practices such as DevOps and cloud technologies, Peter supports both direct and partner-driven sales channels. He is highly skilled in IBM z/OS, MVS, DB2, and databases, and holds multiple post-graduate diplomas from the National University of Singapore. Outside of work, Peter is passionate about theology, aviation (as a licensed pilot), and martial arts, including Muay Thai and MMA.
