Fabian leads the HubSpot for Startups program in DACH. In this role, he helps startups grow better by building and scaling their go-to-market.
Before joining HubSpot, he established a platform to connect startups with the old economy, developed strategic business models for leading sports & entertainment organizations and led the marketing & business development team at a Berlin tech startup.

Beer Zandt

Beer Zandt - Head of Partnerships @ RocketX

An entrepreneurial leader with a deep expertise in the scaleup industry. Started his career in hospitality, real estate and later moved into fintech, where he was responsible for the international expansion of Spotcap. As the Head of Partnership at RocketX he’s on a mission to accelerate exceptional scaleups while building the most efficient revenue engine in the industry.

Joost de Kok

Joost de Kok - Head of Marketing @ Contentoo

Based in Berlin since 2016, Joost leads Contentoo's marketing team, which consists of in-house talent and a flexible pool of its own platform's freelance writers and designers around the globe. Joost drives Contentoo's marketing efforts that centre around insights that help marketing teams generate brand awareness, boost leads, and accelerate sales. Joost has a background in branding, content, and search marketing at fast-growing B2B and B2C brands across Europe.

Allan is a marketing professional with over 10 years experience in the SaaS martech space. He currently serves as the Head of Regional Marketing EMEA at Bloomreach, which helps leading brands around the world to offer more personalized, relevant commerce experiences for their customers. At Bloomreach, Allan leads a multicultural team of data-driven marketing experts, driving increased business demand across an expanding region for the company.

Lanny Heiz

Lanny Heiz - Head of Sales @ BEE Digital

In his role as Sales lead at BEE Digital Lanny grew the new sales by 318% in the last 18 months and acquired clients such as Google, Swiss Post and Vontobel as well as established startups such as beekeeper & frontify. Prior to that he worked in various marketing & sales roles at Swiss Startups.

Katey Gold

Katey Gold - Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA & APAC @ HubSpot for Startups

Katey works closely with the HubSpot for Startups BDMs to run marketing campaigns across the EMEA and APAC regions. Working closely with top partners (VCs, incubators, accelerators), Katey's goal is to drive QL growth while promoting the HSFS program to a growing network of startups.
