To appeal to new audiences beyond your local market, your team and brand needs to think and speak like locals. • What strong localisation looks like in practice.
  • Five insights into how to scale your marketing localisation efforts.
  • Q&A with Contentoo and Bloomreach.

As a young company you could  just wing it - build fast and fix later. You have to. However, the bigger you get the more you start to feel growth pains.

  • There are no clear processes in place to win, hold and expand customers.
  • The data is unstructured and does not allow you to confidently make decisions.
  • The toolstack is fragmented and does not integrate with each other. Automations and insights are almost impossible to scale -  they require too much manual effort.
  • The marketing, sales and customer success teams are unaligned.

This is where Revenue Operations come in. If you're a growing startup north of 500k ARR and these challenges sound familiar to you, the work session is what you need to break beyond 7-Figures in ARR.

Agenda:

  • Challenges of today's customer acquisition.
  • What Revenue Operations is, and what it is not.
  • Building your revenue operations team.
  • Pitfalls to avoid.
  • Q&A.

Outcome:

  • When and how to build out the revenue operations function.
  • What tools you need and which you don't.
  • Roadmap for implementation.

Special Offer:

Eligible HubSpot for Startup program participants will get a free 1-on-1 consulting session with a revenue expert from BEE digital.
