Her data-driven, iterative approach has enabled her to build highly effective teams, including outbound experts and customer success professionals. From 2017 to 2023, Asya’s leadership resulted in over $50 million in annual recurring revenue, contributing to successful funding rounds and rapid growth.

Specializing in complex sales cycles with deal sizes ranging from $100,000 to $500,000, she has also served as VP of Sales for multiple enterprise startups across EMEA. Asya is passionate about mentoring founders and sales leaders on their paths to sustainable success.

Richard Schenzel

Richard Schenzel - Managing Director, Northern Europe @ atscale

Richard Schenzel is the Managing Director of Northern Europe at AtScale, where he focuses on enabling companies to build effective sales machines through robust processes and go-to-market strategies. He has a strong track record of driving triple-digit growth for scale-ups.

With expertise in international expansion, outbound sales development, team engagement, sales process, and talent management, Richard has a rich background in sales leadership. Francois Plattard

Francois Plattard - Head of HubSpot for Startups, France & Iberia

François is dedicated to helping UK VCs Incubators & Accelerators assist their startups to develop and implement successful inbound sales/marketing strategies. He is also a Startup mentor for several accelerators and incubators. Prior to HubSpot, he worked for SaaS startups in San Francisco and Paris.
