About the Session

Back due to popular demand! Join HubSpot for Startups and our VC guests, for the 6th instalment of our Pitch Perfect series!

During this live session we will select three to four dynamic entrepreneurs to showcase their startup pitches and receive real-time insights from our panel of prominent investors from 500 Emerging Europe, Plus VC, and 3one4 Capital.

Selected founders will have time to present their business models, market strategies, and unique value propositions, to our panel of venture capitalists. Our VC guests will then give the founder live feedback to help refine their pitches and gain invaluable advice to elevate their businesses.

📣 Would You Like to Present Live to VCs?

Are you a startup founder looking for help on how you can improve your live pitch? Are you brave enough to get live feedback? We welcome startup founders to pre-submit their elevator pitch to be discussed live during this session.

We will select between three to four founders to join the session and present live to our VCs. If you are not selected this round, worry not, we are running the next session soon!

How can you take part?

Step 1 : Simply sign up to the HubSpot for Startups program here (no purchase required).

Step 2 : Fill out the registration form below. You will receive an email with a link to submit your elevator pitch. Remember, you won't be considered for live pitching unless you are a member of the HubSpot for Startups program.

You will be required to submit a 3-minute video outlining who you are as a founder, your startup, and the problem you are trying to solve.

Before submitting your elevator pitch, please note, those selected must be willing to present your pitch during a live webinar. The session will also be distributed via our website and LinkedIn page.

Meet the Speakers

Başak Zorlutuna - VC @ 500 Emerging Europe

Başak is an Associate at 500 Emerging Europe, a €70M early-stage VC fund focused on pre-seed to Series A tech startups across Central and Eastern Europe.

Before joining 500, she spent over four years on the investment team at ScaleX Ventures.

Previously, Başak worked in brand marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. She holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a Finance minor from Sabancı University.

Harsh Shah - Investment Associate @ 3one4 Capital

Harsh is an Investment Associate at 3one4 Capital and has been with the fund for over one and a half years focussing on all things consumer and fintech.

Prior to that, he was at Waterfield Advisors in their funds team where they were LPs in VC and PE funds. He has also spent 3 years at Kotak into public market investments.

He has done his MBA from the Indian School of Business. Outside of work he loves to play board games, go for a long run and is on the constant lookout for the best cortado in town.

Nour Allam - Investment Associate @ Plus VC

Nour is an Investment Associate at +VC, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on investing in tech and tech-enabled startups in MENA and its diaspora.

She has a deep passion and broad knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Egypt and the MENA region.

Prior to joining +VC, she was with Savills, as an Analyst in the Strategic Consultancy Department in Egypt. She was actively involved in conducting market research and analysis, aiding investment decisions carried out by prominent real estate developers in Egypt and the region.

Before that, she took part in the Analyst Accelerator Program at Endeavor, Egypt, where she was part of the Entrepreneurial Sales and Growth team.

Karen Ng - Country Leader, Asia @ Deel

Karen Ng, Regional Head ASEAN and India at Deel. Karen is Deel’s Commercial Leader for Asia. She oversees Deel’s business development across Asia, Greater China and India.

Bringing over fifteen years of experience, as a business leader and people manager in the HR and Legal Tech industries, Karen has played a key role in Deel’s own hiring across the region.

Prior to Deel, Karen was the Regional Head at HReasily and Global Director at Zegal, both Asia-based startups.
