Christian Jorg - Serial Founder, Mentor & COO (Americas) @ Start2Group

Christian Jorg is a serial entrepreneur and startup mentor. After earning his MBA from Columbia Business School, he began his career at Bertelsmann, making early Silicon Valley investments and serving on the board of Rocket Science Games, where he forged connections with prominent entrepreneurs. Christian has founded multiple startups, contributed to Imax Corp.’s public offering, and held leadership roles at Universal Music Group and GLG.

Since 2014, as mentor, and 2021 as COO, Americas at Start2 Group, he has helped over 500 international startups, including unicorns, establish success in the U.S. through initiatives like German Accelerator. His work extends globally, supporting programs for countries like Portugal, Chile, and Korea.

Committed to fostering new talent, Christian mentors aspiring entrepreneurs through organizations like Endeavor and BUILD, focusing on high-impact founders and students from underserved communities.

Marc Alexander Vetter - Head of Finance & US Expansion @ Leapsome

Marc is an accomplished finance and operations leader, currently serving as the Head of Finance at Leapsome. Based in Germany, Marc manages the financial strategies and operational frameworks essential to the company's growth and financial health.

Before his current role, Marc significantly contributed to Leapsome's international expansion as the Head of US Expansion. From July 2022 to September 2023, he spearheaded the establishment and scaling of Leapsome's operations in New York City, laying a solid foundation for the company's presence in the US market. Additionally, as the Head of Strategic Projects & Operations from August 2021 to June 2022, Marc led crucial initiatives that enhanced organizational processes and efficiency.

With a focus on driving strategic growth and operational excellence, Marc continues to play a pivotal role in Leapsome's success and expansion efforts.

Nadiem von Heydebrand - CEO & Co-Founder @ Mindfuel

With a passion for data science and product management, Nadiem has pioneered Data Product Management to showcase the value data brings to organizations.

For over a decade, he has worked in the data industry, building and scaling data teams, and collaborating with companies like Volkswagen, Munich Re, Allianz, Red Bull, and Vorwerk, helping them become truly data-driven.

At Mindfuel, he has developed "Delight," the first AI & Data Impact Platform for AI and data leaders. Delight centralizes business demands and data capabilities, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and transforming AI and data investments into measurable business success.

Fabian Hartmann - Head of HubSpot for Startups, DACH & Benelux

Fabian leads the HubSpot for Startups program in the DACH region.

In his role, Fabian helps startups grow intelligently and sustainably by supporting the development of their go-to-market strategy. B

efore joining HubSpot, he established a networking platform to connect startups with traditional industries, developed strategic business models for leading sports and leisure companies, and led the marketing and sales team of a Berlin-based B2B tech startup.
