Dr Natasha Langan

Dr. Natasha Langan - Co-Founder at Norma, and Clinical Psychology Lead

Dr. Langan is a Senior Clinical Psychologist within the HSE in Ireland, having gained over a decade of experience in the NHS’ psychosexual therapy service in the UK.

She’s also a COSRT accredited Psychosexual Therapist and EFS & ESSM certified Psycho-Sexologist. Her area of special interest is using mindfulness and compassion-based approaches to help patients overcome their psychosexual difficulties.

Caitlin Ner - Chief of Staff at PsyMed Ventures

Caitlin Ner is Chief of Staff at PsyMed Ventures, which invests in frontier mental health including psychedelics and neurotechnology. Prior to PsyMed Ventures, she worked in growth & operations at Cerebral and infrastructure investing at Blackrock. She graduated Economics and Computer science at Harvard College as a first-generation college student and Filipina-American.

Her mental health commitments stem from lived experiences having been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, volunteering in domestic violence shelters, and serving as a community mental health advocate for over a decade. She has built impact-oriented mobile applications focused on reporting of sexual assault, domestic violence, and refugee mental health needs through various hackathons.

Renée Motley - Executive Coach for Startups & Diverse Leaders at Sharpend Coaching


Renée Motley is an executive coach to early stage startup founders and high-performing leaders in finance and tech at Sharpend Coaching. Her holistic coaching approach combines framework-driven performance coaching and thoughtful connection. Most recently, Renée led business and operational efficiency efforts at Robinhood as Head of Internal Strategy and Operational Insights. Prior to Robinhood, she specialized in early stage, consumer-focused venture capital, working at firms such as Harlem Capital, Rough Draft Ventures (General Catalyst), PayPal Ventures, and PLUS Capital. Renée started her career at J.P. Morgan as an institutional client portfolio manager based in New York and later in London.

Renée holds a B.A. in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies with language citations in French, Spanish, and Arabic from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Caragh Kennedy - Head of HubSpot for Startups, Italy, Iberia & Benelux


Caragh helps startups grow better by building and scaling their sales, marketing, and services efforts. She oversees the HubSpot for Startups program across Italy, Iberia and Benelux. Caragh started her career at Wayra (Telefonica) where she launched two EduTech & BioTech startups on the Spanish market. After this, she was responsible for building up the partner program for Findasense, then XPRT Media, and eventually moved to HubSpot to continue to help startups accelerate growth.
