The Marketer's Claude Skills Library

10 ready-to-use AI skill files that replace hours of manual work

Create, optimize, and measure content that actually drives leads with Content Hub.
The marketers getting real leverage from AI aren't prompting from scratch every time — they're running skills: pre-built, reusable prompt systems with defined inputs, specific instructions, and consistent outputs. Think of a skill less like a prompt and more like a trained teammate who knows exactly what you need and how you need it.

In this library, you’ll find 10 skills designed for real workflows so you can install them, use them, and start compounding the time savings immediately.

What is a Skill File?

The marketers pulling ahead right now are using skills — reusable, structured prompt systems that encodes how you work, what your audience responds to, and what your standards look like including:

  • A defined role and context (what Claude is, who it's working for, what it knows about your brand)
  • Input requirements (what you feed it before it runs)
  • A specific output format (so you get the same shape of deliverable every time)
  • Constraints (what to avoid, what rules to follow, what the brand sounds like)

The skills in this library are pre-built. You'll still need to customize some details (your brand voice, your ICP, your positioning) but the scaffolding is done.

How to Install:

Skills are portable. This guide is written for Claude, but the markdown files work in ChatGPT too. Here's how:

  1. Download the Skill Click the download button below to grab the zip file.
  2. Upload to Claude Go to Claude.ai → Customize → Skills. Click "+", upload the zip, and toggle it on. Takes 60 seconds.
  3. Start a Conversation Open a new chat and mention your ICP, target customer, or who you sell to — the skill activates and takes it from there.

AI Skill Library

Skill 1: Lookalike Content Skill

What it does: Analyzes what's already working in your content, surfaces your winning patterns, and generates 10 research-backed ideas that match what your audience responds to. Every idea comes with a clear rationale tied to your actual performance data.

Inputs

  • Your best-performing content
  • Content you admire

How to use it: Drop in a data dump of your best content or content you admire. On a monthly basis, paste your performance data into Claude, ask the skill to run a review, and update its knowledge based on what worked. Over time, the ideas it generates compound in quality.

Skill 2: Campaign Deck Builder

What it does: Turns campaign performance data into a polished, executive-ready .pptx presentation. It writes the narrative first — headline, context, performance, insights, and recommendations — then plans the slides, builds them with branded colors and data visualizations, and runs a visual QA pass before delivery.

Inputs:

  • Your campaign brief or overview
  • Performance data (spreadsheets, dashboards, screenshots)
  • Brand colors (hex codes if you have them) and a logo file
  • Audience and presentation goal (securing budget, reporting results, getting channel approval, etc.)

How to use it: Start by telling it the objective, the audience, and your brand. Drop in your campaign materials. It writes the narrative arc first and shows it to you before building a single slide. Once the narrative is locked, it plans the slide structure, builds the full deck in your brand colors, and runs a visual QA check to catch overflow, clipping, and spacing issues.

Skill 3: LinkedIn Post Generator

What it does: Writes, rewrites, and improves LinkedIn posts in your voice using a decoded database of 50 viral posts, LinkedIn algorithm mechanics, and proven frameworks from creators who built 200K+ followings.

Inputs:

  • The topic, idea, story, or draft you want to work with
  • Your goal — thought leadership, engagement, virality, announcement, humor
  • Optional but powerful: 2–3 past posts you liked (so it can reverse-engineer your actual voice)

How to use it: Drop in a topic, paste a draft, or start from scratch. It asks a few quick questions (topic, goal, tone) then writes immediately. For existing posts, it diagnoses before it edits: strengthens the hook, restructures for scannability, sharpens the ending.

Skill 4: Product Marketing Audit

What it does: Scores any product page on a 0–100 scale across 10 weighted dimensions: value proposition clarity, persona targeting, pain-first framing, social proof quality, CTA strategy, interactive demonstration, AI positioning, champion enablement, platform positioning, and content quality. It produces a quantitative score, specific findings for every dimension, and prioritized recommendations.

Inputs:

  • The URL of the product page you want audited — or paste the page content directly

How to use it: Point it at a product page. It works through all 10 dimensions, scores each one with specific justification citing exactly what's present or missing, calculates the weighted final score, and surfaces the top three improvement areas with tactical recommendations: what to change, why it matters, how to execute it, and what impact to expect on the score. Run it on your own pages before a launch or refresh. Run it on competitor pages to find their gaps. Use the score as a repeatable benchmark to track improvement over time.

Skill 5: ICP Builder

What it does: Guides you through building a complete, documented Ideal Customer Profile — from raw inputs to a finished, shareable document.

Inputs:

  • Your company name and what you sell
  • Any customer data you have: CRM exports, win/loss notes, NPS feedback, existing ICP drafts — or nothing at all if you're starting from scratch
  • Optional: your website URL (the skill will research your company and return a structured profile to pressure-test together)

How to use it: Choose your path: guided (the skill asks focused questions one at a time, ~10–15 minutes), data-first (drop in a CRM export or customer list and it builds from there, ~5 minutes), or research mode (give it your URL and it builds a starting profile you can pressure-test together). At the end of any path, it generates a complete .docx ICP document. Revisit quarterly as your customer data compounds.

Skill 6: AI Transformation Planner

What it does: Builds a complete AI transformation plan — from a single workflow to an entire department. It maps your actual workflows using work recordings, classifies every task by what AI can handle versus what needs human judgment, designs a new AI-native operating model, and produces a structured sprint-by-sprint implementation roadmap. The output scales automatically: a 2–4 page action plan for a single task, up to a 30–45 page rollout plan for a department of 150+.

Inputs:

  • Work recordings — record yourself (or your team) doing real work for 30–90 minutes and provide the transcriptions. This is the core input.
  • A brief context snapshot: who the team is, what you want AI to change, and where you are with AI today
  • Optional: your current tools, budget constraints, or any team members already ahead of the curve

How to use it: Start by choosing your scope — task, individual, team, or department. Then drop in your work recording transcriptions. The skill extracts workflows, classifies every task, identifies where AI accelerates versus where it creates risk, and builds out the full RAPID-5 transformation plan (Reveal → Architect → Prove → Ingrain → Dynamize). If someone on your team is already an AI power user, the skill has a Bright Spot Scaling mode to document their approach and replicate it across everyone else. Revisit every 90 days as AI capabilities evolve.

Skill 7: Pitch Deck Generator

What it does

Walks through a 15-slide pitch deck framework then generates a professionally designed .pptx file with branded colors, card layouts, and icons. It helps you stress-test weak problem statements, cut jargon, sharpen vague "why now" reasoning, and build a narrative arc before a single slide gets designed.

Inputs:

  • Your company basics — what you do, who you're selling to, what stage you're at
  • Content for each of the 15 slides (the skill coaches you through these one at a time)
  • Brand colors if you have them (hex codes) — or it picks a professional palette for your industry

How to use it: Tell it where you're starting — from scratch, refining an existing deck, or pre-revenue with limited traction. It walks you through every slide in narrative order. After all 15 slides are locked, it writes a 5–8 sentence narrative arc for your sign-off before building the deck. Once confirmed, it generates the full .pptx ready to send to investors. If you already have a deck, it evaluates it against the framework and coaches the weakest areas first.

Skill 8: Webinar Content Engine

What it does: Takes a webinar transcript and turns it into a complete content package: 5 LinkedIn posts, a full newsletter recap, 3 short-form video scripts, and a 3-email follow-up sequence — all saved to a formatted Google Doc in one click.

Inputs:

  • Your webinar transcript (.txt or .docx)
  • Optional: webinar title, speaker name, target audience, and brand voice notes

How to use it: Drop in a transcript, fill in the optional fields, hit generate, and get a link to a Google Doc with your full content package. The skill builds a browser-based tool — a single HTML file you open in Chrome and reuse every time you have a webinar. Setup is a one-time 10-minute investment: grab your Claude API key, create a Google Cloud project, enable the Docs and Drive APIs, and connect your Google account. After that, every webinar goes from transcript to finished Google Doc in under 5 minutes.

Skill 9: Messaging & Positioning Architect

What it does: Builds a complete messaging framework from whatever you have — a positioning draft, customer interviews, win/loss data, a URL, or nothing. Guides you through category positioning, a locked value proposition, three ownable messaging pillars, and persona-level message maps for your full GTM team. Competitive differentiation included if needed: landmine questions, battlecard structure, and a single "only we..." statement no competitor can credibly claim.

Inputs:

  • Whatever you have: an ICP doc, positioning draft, customer interviews, win/loss data, competitor research, or just your website URL
  • The more real customer language you bring — interviews, sales calls, VOC data — the sharper the output

How to use it: Tell it what you're working with and it routes automatically, only asking for what's missing. Rich inputs skip straight to pillar development; starting from scratch takes 15–20 minutes. At every step it pushes back — generic claims get rewritten, vague "why us" answers get pressure-tested until they pass the swap test (can a competitor say the exact same thing?). The session ends with a complete framework document ready to hand to sales, demand gen, and content.

Skill 10: Skill Architect

What it does: Designs and builds Claude Skills (SKILL.md files) for any domain — from a single workflow to a pipeline of 50+ skills. Handles the full lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture decisions, writing the skill body, and validating that it triggers correctly and executes reliably.

Inputs:

  • What task or workflow you want to turn into a skill
  • Whether it's a one-off skill, a related collection, or part of a larger pipeline
  • Any existing prompts, playbooks, or workflows you want to convert

How to use it: Describe what you want to build. It classifies the scope, identifies the right archetype, and makes the architecture call before writing a single line. Then it writes the skill, validates that the right prompts trigger it, runs a quality checklist, and packages it for delivery. Use it to build new skills, refactor existing ones that aren't performing, or convert a team workflow into something reusable.
