Overview

Business Perceptions vs Consumer Realities: discover the insights from new research conducted with sales leaders and consumers in Australia.

The world has changed. 2020 has been a testing year for businesses of all shapes and sizes. With so much change and uncertainty, how should business and sales leaders think about the year ahead? In a survey responded to by over 500 sales professionals across Australia, we asked if customer experience was being prioritised in the sales process. We then asked consumers to rate the service they are receiving. Do the two match up?

Join us as we discuss key findings from new research conducted with sales leaders and consumers in Australia with a panel of guest experts from HubSpot, Commission Factory, and Rezdy. We explore:
  • The customer experience disconnect: many companies say that they are customer first - but are they just paying lip service? And what happens when there's a disconnect between the experience your customers have come to expect and the one your business believes they're delivering?
  • COVID's impact on the customer experience: consumer expectations have risen exponentially over the past decade, but what impact has COVID-19 had in just 7 months?
  • The future of the sales professional: What are the greatest challenges facing sales teams today and how will this impact your ability to meet consumer expectations?
