How It Works
- Sign Up & Get Matched: Register using the form below. If you'd like to be matched by HubSpot, be sure to submit by July 18th and our AI tool will connect you with other HubSpot customers based on your location, industry, role, and interests.
- Join Our Slack Space: Closer to July 30th, you'll receive an email invitation to a dedicated Slack space where connections will be facilitated.
- Connect & Plan: Once matched (or if you prefer to self-match via our community thread or social media using #HubSpotCommunityConnection), you and your peers will organize your informal meetup. We'll even provide conversation starters.
- Share & Win: Share photos of your meetup using #HubSpotCommunityConnection to confirm your participation and be entered for prizes.

If you would like us to match you, submit the form by July 18th. If you will be self-matching, we recommend reaching out at least 2-3 days prior to July 30th to coordinate logistics, especially if meeting in person.
If you’d prefer to find your own connection by posting on Linkedin or social media, that is fine! We’re here to support, but not stifle your connections.
We’ll match you based on either your location, your role, or your HubSpot challenges. If you select “virtual” for your preferred meeting type, you will be matched based on role or challenges.
We’ll do our best to slot you into another conversation or space before July 30th to ensure you get a match.
Yes. We’ll create a general channel for all participants so you can see everyone participating.
