CAB membership is granted for a 12-month term, with an estimated time commitment of 8-10 hours of required participation throughout the year. After completing your term, you'll be invited to join our CAB Alumni group to maintain your connection with HubSpot and the community.
Required Participation:
- Quarterly virtual meetings (up to 2 hours each, 4 meetings annually)
Optional Opportunities: Beyond the core commitment, you'll have opportunities to engage more deeply based on your interests and availability:
- On-demand product consultation through dedicated channels
- Additional working group sessions aligned with strategic objectives
- Special feedback sessions for new features or initiatives
- Strategic roundtables and feedback sessions as needed
HubSpot recognizes the value of CAB members' time and respects their commitments outside of the board. The estimated time commitment for CAB activities aims to maintain a balanced involvement that accommodates the busy schedules of members while ensuring meaningful engagement and contribution to the CAB's objectives.
Time Zone Consideration: Given our leadership team is primarily based in North America and EMEA, most board meetings will be scheduled during business hours friendly to those regions. While we welcome global participation, we recognize those meeting times may be challenging for members in other time zones outside of NAM/EMEA.
