The HubSpot Customer Advisory Board connects HubSpot leadership directly with HubSpot's most engaged customers. It fosters a collaborative and customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that HubSpot's solutions meet its customers' evolving needs and challenges. The board serves as a strategic partner, providing valuable feedback, insights, and guidance to help shape HubSpot's product roadmap and enhance the overall customer experience. Today, our board provides some of our most engaged customers with the opportunity to give feedback and explore strategies to help us grow better.
CAB members can expect to have:
The HubSpot Customer Advisory Board membership will remain active for 12 months. After this duration, members will have the opportunity to join HubSpot's CAB Alumni group.
Board members will be required to participate in quarterly meetings with HubSpot (held virtually). These meetings can total up to two hours. Attendance at additional sessions will be optional.

HubSpot partners are presently ineligible to apply for the HubSpot Customer Advisory Board. We encourage eligible partners to consider applying for HubSpot's Partner Advisory Council instead.
