HubSpot's Customer Advisory Board Program

The HubSpot Customer Advisory Board connects HubSpot leadership directly with HubSpot's most engaged customers. It fosters a collaborative and customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that HubSpot's solutions meet its customers' evolving needs and challenges. The board serves as a strategic partner, providing valuable feedback, insights, and guidance to help shape HubSpot's product roadmap and enhance the overall customer experience. Today, our board provides some of our most engaged customers with the opportunity to give feedback and explore strategies to help us grow better.

 

Become a Customer Advisory Board Member

  • Applications for our 2025 CAB are now closed. We are currently reviewing applications and will be in touch with your application status by January 6th, 2025. 
  • Participation is welcome from HubSpot customers all over the world. Members must speak fluent English and be willing to attend quarterly CAB Advisory Meetings (held virtually). 
  • You must apply to the CAB during the open application window.
  • Your application must be reviewed and selected by HubSpot. 
  • To be accepted to the board, members must sign and agree to adhere to HubSpot’s Non-Disclosure Agreement (copies available on request).

  • Speaking Opportunities: Have the opportunity to attend and speak at HubSpot Events.

Program Requirements

The HubSpot Customer Advisory Board membership will remain active for 12 months. After this duration, members will have the opportunity to join HubSpot's CAB Alumni group.

Board members will be required to participate in quarterly meetings with HubSpot (held virtually). These meetings can total up to two hours. Attendance at additional sessions will be optional.

To be eligible for membership, customers must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Hold a paid subscription with HubSpot.
  • Possess proficiency in English.
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be available to attend 75% of all required CAB meetings
  • Willingly sign HubSpot's Non-Disclosure Agreement (copies available upon request).

  • Are genuinely interested in providing candid feedback and contributing to improving HubSpot's products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Think critically and offer valuable perspectives on HubSpot's current and future strategic direction, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Hold a leadership or decision-making position within their company. This ensures you have a comprehensive understanding of your organization's needs, goals, and the role HubSpot plays in it.
  •  Have great familiarity with HubSpot's products, features, and functionality. This knowledge allows you to provide well-informed feedback and insights.
  • Communicate effectively and have the ability to articulate your feedback, insights, and ideas clearly and constructively during meetings.
  • Are committed to actively participating in the board's activities, including attending quarterly meetings and, ideally, engaging in optional sessions.
  • Are comfortable collaborating with other board members and the HubSpot team, listening to different perspectives, and working towards consensus and joint decision-making.
  • Act professionally, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to HubSpot's Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect sensitive information shared during board discussions.

HubSpot partners are presently ineligible to apply for the HubSpot Customer Advisory Board. We encourage eligible partners to consider applying for HubSpot's Partner Advisory Council instead.

CAB membership will be granted for a period of 12 months. After completing the 12-month term, CAB members will be invited to join the CAB Alumni group, allowing them to maintain their connection with HubSpot and stay engaged with the community.

The CAB will convene every quarter for a maximum duration of two hours per meeting. These meetings will be conducted virtually, providing flexibility and accessibility for all members regardless of their geographic location. 

In addition to the quarterly meetings, there will be optional opportunities for CAB members to participate in additional meetings and feedback sessions throughout the year. These sessions will provide further avenues for engagement and collaborative input. Members can choose to accept or decline these opportunities based on their level of interest and availability.

HubSpot recognizes the value of CAB members' time and respects their commitments outside of the board. The estimated time commitment for CAB activities aims to maintain a balanced involvement that accommodates the busy schedules of members while ensuring meaningful engagement and contribution to the CAB's objectives.
