The purpose of this email is to inform a broader group of stakeholders in your organization about your plan to roll-out HubSpot. This email captures:

We have decided to start using HubSpot, a growth tool for businesses, across the company. For the past few [week(s), month, or other timeframe], the [specific team(s), for example, Marketing, Sales, Support/Services] [has/have] been trying it out, and [has/have] seen great success.
HubSpot allows teams to grow better by using the Inbound Methodology and tools to help attract, engage, and delight customers.

HubSpot allows us to better attract, engage and delight our customers. After using it, it’s clear HubSpot can help us with [solving a specific pain point, achieving a functional goal, etc.]. We’ve already created [migrated our contacts and configured the product] and want to invite the rest of the team so that we can all start working together in HubSpot.
