HubFans: HubSpot's Advocacy Program

What is a HubFan?

  • A HubFan is a customer and/or partner that loves helping others.
  • HubFans are creators, thought leaders, practitioners, and power users. They know first-hand how HubSpot can help businesses grow better.
  • HubFans get a seat at the table. They're incredibly knowledgeable fans who grow their personal brand with HubSpot and love to connect with others.

Program Benefits

Going up the HubFans ranks is prestigious and gives a lot of credibility to your brand as a HubSpot advocate. But the best part is that as you fly up the ranks you get access to more and more benefits!

All HubFans ranks receive points and badges for completing challenges and are able to join a group inside the HubSpot Community. 

Completing challenges and earning points will help you unlock higher ranks and these additional benefits:

Program Requirements

As a HubFan, you have HEART - humble, empathetic, adaptable, remarkable, and transparent. 

HubFans are here to help. We expect conversations from HubFans to be kind and come from a place of help. 

If an advocate hasn’t been active in HubFans and hasn't earned any new points in the previous 12 months, their points will expire, and their point balance will go to zero. Their rank will go down to Rank 1 - HubFans. They’ll lose access to all the program benefits above the HubFans rank, including access to the HubFans Council.

In order to maintain HubFans Council status, you need to earn at least 1,000 points annually.

  • Make sure you do not have a popup blocker enabled. This will prevent the challenge from appearing for you.
