FAQ: I’m an existing customer who purchased Marketing Hub Enterprise prior to November 1, 2018....

  • The subscription price for Marketing Hub Enterprise will be as specified in your order and won’t change unless a new order is completed or your fees increase based on usage according to our Customer Terms of Service.

  • Customers who purchase Marketing Hub Enterprise prior to November 1, 2018 will be charged the subscription price set forth in the applicable order, based on a base price of $2,400/month, and this price won’t change unless a new order is completed or your fees increase based on usage according to our Customer Terms of Service.  

    A new order must be completed to make changes to your existing subscription, for example, to change your billing period, payment method, and/or subscription term length. New orders completed for one of these reasons will be based on the base price which we make available on our Pricing Page.

  • Customers who automatically renew will not see a change in the base price of Marketing Hub Enterprise and the terms in your order for Marketing Hub Enterprise will continue to apply. Customers who complete a new order for the renewal will be based on our base price which we make available on our Pricing Page.
  • Customers who purchased Marketing Hub Enterprise prior to November 1, 2018 will automatically gain the functionality of the new Marketing Hub Enterprise as it’s made available. We expect all features to be made available no later than November 1, 2018.
