    Our goal is to get you setup and running with Service Hub as quickly and seamlessly as possible. We’ll dedicate time to understanding your frontline teams so we can develop the infrastructure they need to forge better relationships with your customers. Once we’ve got the nuts and bolts of your help desk running smoothly, we’ll help build out your process of managing issues and inquires from the various intake channels and strategize on the best way to set up a ticketing system. After all, happy customers are the secret to growing your business.

Day-to-Day Management
  • Create and use email templates and snippets
  • Walk through the process flow for intake of inquiries, responses, ticketing and resolution
  • Develop supporting ticket and process automation
  • Begin developing knowledge base articles based on ticket data

Customer Feedback
  • Determine appropriate measures based on objectives
  • Set up and deploy survey(s)
  • Define response management

  • Check in on content development
  • Review data to inform additional articles needed
