Competition & Prizes

The Competition

We want you to experience the power and simplicity of the all-new HubSpot CMS Hub by using it to build a website in two weeks, with the winner receiving a free, one-year HubSpot CMS Hub Professional package worth over $4,000 AUD.
 
This is open to all skill levels and entries will be judged only on their merit in relation to the judging criteria. It can be a single-page website, or as complex and creative as you want it to be. The more comprehensive, the better!
 

The Prizes

1st Place: A free, one-year HubSpot CMS Hub Professional package worth over $4,000 AUD.
 
2nd Place: A free, one-year Canva Pro subscription for 10 users, valued at $1,678 AUD.
 
3rd Place: $1,000 AUD in credit from General Assembly, to use in any of their workshops or short-form offerings.
 
4th Place: A $500 AUD gift voucher that can be used in online retailers such as THE ICONIC, JB Hi-Fi, Woolworths, Coles and more.

Judging Criteria & Panel

Our panel of expert judges will consider the below four criteria when selecting the winner:

  • Presentation - is your website well designed and structured, and are all images rendering correctly?

  • Functionality - does it work as it should with things like buttons and links all operating correctly?

  • Feature Usage - have you used multiple CMS Hub features such as conversational bots or smart content?

  • Call to Action - do you have a call to action on your website and if so, what is it?

How to Enter & Key Dates

How to Enter

  1. Sign up for a free, 14-day trial of CMS Hub Enterprise, use it to build your website and submit your entry by 11:59PM (AEST) on July 24th.

  2. Once signed up, you'll receive an email with more details on the competition and your entry, as well as a standard trial confirmation email.

  3. Make sure to publish your website so we can view your entry. You don't need to connect a real domain as part of the competition - simply use the URL in your trial.

  4. Submit your entry by 11:59PM (AEST) on July 24th. All submission details will be included in the entry confirmation email. No entries after this date will be considered.

Key Dates

  • Submission deadline is 11:59PM (AEST) on July 24th.
  • Our panel of judges will review each entry and a winner will be chosen by close of business on August 7th.
  • Winners will be notified of results on August 11th.
  • Winners will be contacted regarding prizes no later than one month after results are announced.
  • General Assembly codes will be distributed to all entrants no later than one month after results are announced.
  • Your trial will expire after 14 days and you must submit your entry before this to be eligible.
